Refund Policy

  • Any damage that occurs after the products are delivered is not Aromagic's responsibility.

  • In the event that a claim is made regarding missing products, leaks, breakage, damage, or an inaccurate product, an unboxing video must be included with the original packaging.

  • If you would like to claim a refund, please call our customer service at +919909407385 or send an email to support@aromagicperfume.com with the required photos and videos for your claim and the subject line "Refund For [order id]."

  • Please decline to receive a shipment from the delivery partner right away if it is tampered with, damaged, or defective.

  • Delivery fees are not included in the refund amount because delivery partners do not reimburse them.

  • Within 4–7 working days, any cash on delivery refunds will be credited to the customer's bank account in the manner described above.

  • With the above given information, a refund claim must be submitted within 24 hours after the order's delivery.

  • Approval of the refund, it could take up to 15 days for Aromagic to credit your account.
