  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • You need to exchange it for the same item, place an exchange request with all required details and photos within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchange is possible only after verification from our end.

Order Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel an order on Aromagic website?

Aromagic dreams to make the world full of fragrances, so we wish that you try the essence and luxury of Aromagic’s products.

  • However, if you have to cancel an order, please do so at the earliest by placing the cancellation request from the website or by emailing us at aromagiccancellation@gmail.com

For outright cancellations by you:

  • If you cancel your order before your order has been shipped, we will arrange to refund the full amount back to the original mode of payment.

  • If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped:

    • There will be no refund.
